Shipping policy and delivery timeline

Shipping is available across all cities in India with doorstep delivery. Customers can choose from standard shipping and express shipping modes. Standard shipping will take 8-10 days for delivery and express shipping will take around 4-5 days.

Return policy

We have no return or exchange policy unless the product delivered has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging. However we ensure utmost care in packaging and timely delivery of your order.

Order once placed can be cancelled within 2 days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer care team on the same day of delivery through the following channels:

For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

In case of replacement request initiated by means of above channels, Once acknowledged by our team during next 2 working days, new piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
