Shipping policy and delivery timeline
Domestic Delivery (Within India)
Shipping is available across all cities in India with doorstep delivery. Customers can choose from standard shipping and express shipping modes during cart check out before proceeding to payment. Standard shipping is via surface and will take 8-10 days for delivery and express shipping is via air will take around 4-5 days.
International Delivery (Ships internationally from India)
This policy outlines the process for international shipments from India to various countries around the world. We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order. We ship via air globally to and the approximate estimated time line for international delivery from India would be about 8-15 days depending on the destination.
Return policy
Domestic Delivery (Within India)
We have no return or exchange policy unless the product delivered has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging and get in touch with our customer care on WhatsApp @ +91 6361688188 . However we ensure utmost care in packaging and timely delivery of your order. Order once placed can be cancelled within 2 days.
International Delivery (Ships internationally from India)
We have no return or exchange policy for international delivery as returning the product back to source location will not be feasible due to high rate of courier expense. How ever if the item is broken / damaged we will offer partial / complete refund for the particular product / order accordingly after discussion with customer as soon as the shipment is recieved with 24 hours. However we ensure utmost care in packaging and timely delivery of your order. Order once placed can be cancelled within 2 days.
Any refund will be processed in 24 hours once intimidated and will be credited t the customer within 5-8 working days
Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer care team on the same day of delivery through the following channels:

For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
In case of replacement request initiated by means of above channels, Once acknowledged by our team during next 2 working days, new piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines. In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
Cancellation
Order once placed can be cancelled within 2 days. Once shipped the order cannot be cancelled. Applicable both for domestic and international orders
